Huanglongbing (HLB) devastates citrus industries, causing over $1 billion/year in U.S. losses. Current methods are inadequate, demanding innovative solutions.

Our Solution: Laser-Enhanced Treatment Delivery Our breakthrough laser-etching technology significantly enhances uptake of novel anti-HLB treatments by gently removing microscopic areas (2–3 mm diameter) of the citrus leaf waxy cuticle, without damaging deeper tissue. This method greatly increases the bioavailability of therapeutic agents, such as specially designed citrus-derived peptides, without systemic chemicals or genetic modification.
